Like so many others have posted, I have been using this recipe as is forever and a day it seems. I have taught myself how to cook several Bible Belt-style meals, and a good Salisbury Steak recipe was most definitely on my list. This is a pretty straight forward recipe. (12 years married; never knew.) We’ll cook up the patties first, caramelize the onions, and then simmer it all together in a rich brown gravy for about 15 minutes. Mega. Thank you!!!!
